Young Indian opener Abhishek Sharma and spinner Varun Chakravarthy continue to dominate the latest ICC Men’s T20 Players’ Rankings released on Wednesday.
Abhishek Sharma holds the number one position among batters with 925 rating points, ahead of England’s Phil Salt and Tilak Verma. T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav is the only other Indian in the top ten, placed eighth.

Varun Chakravarthy remains the top-ranked T20I bowler, followed by West Indies’ Akeal Hosain and Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan. Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood rose two places to tenth after strong performances against India. Chakravarthy is the sole Indian bowler in the top ten.
Among T20 all-rounders, Hardik Pandya ranks fourth. Pakistan’s Saim Ayub leads the list, with Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza and West Indies’ Roston Chase in second and third place respectively.
Pakistan’s players have shown strong form leading up to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, with several team members rising in the rankings.
