Kylie Minogue Shines in Rio with Prince William
Pop icon Kylie Minogue joined Prince William in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday for The Earthshot Prize awards, held at the futuristic Museum of Tomorrow. The event brought together celebrities and royalty to celebrate environmental innovation.
Minogue stood out on the green carpet in a sheer beige Stella McCartney dress decorated with soft polka-dot appliques. The vintage gown, which she had previously worn at other events, gracefully complemented her elegant figure.
The awards, founded by Prince William’s Royal Foundation five years ago, aim to highlight groundbreaking ideas that contribute to repairing the planet.
“It’s a privilege and honour to be part of The Earthshot Prize in Rio – on stage with the people and the ideas that could save our planet,” said Minogue on the red carpet.
Speaking to Sky News before her performance, the Australian singer described the ceremony as an “incredible initiative.”
“I’m really excited to see everyone. There’s amazing people doing incredible things, so it’s good to be here,” she added.
Prince William also recreated a photograph reminiscent of his late mother, adding a nostalgic touch to the night’s celebrations.
